Human Resources Information System | HRIS

Human Resources Information System or HRIS refers to a software solution capable of integrating all personnel-related data and employee-management functions so that it may be processed or distributed to the relevant stakeholders within the enterprise (hiring, payroll, development, performance measurement, scheduling, productivity).

 

HRIS is thus part of an overall ERP system, and provides essential data to the APS process for managing human resources, measuring and forecasting production capacity, etc.
